"Impressions" is a limited edition series of fine art landscape photography books. They document my attempts to find emotional connections after moving to live in a new continent.
Future editions will include Catskills, Hudson Valley and New England Landscapes, plus Seascapes from Cape Cod and Maine.
This volume covers my explorations of the Harlem Valley landscapes around my home in Pawling, New York. Pawling is a small town in Dutchess County roughly 70 miles north of New York City and located in a hilly area right on the ny / ct state line. The Appalachian trail runs through and around the northern edges of the town whilst the Swamp River, part of the 63,000 acre Great Swamp watershed, splits into a north and south flow in the vicinity of the village.
The book is a 60 page limited edition of 50 copies. It has a softback cover in a landscape format (11.7" x 8.2") Each book is signed and numbered
