I am a wedding, sport and event photographer originally from the UK but now enjoying life in the Hudson Valley in New York. America is a very friendly country and it is a great privilege not only to be able to meet new people but also to learn about a new culture through the medium of my photography.

I specialize in photographing people whether they be at work, at rest or at play and my aim is to provide photography to every client as if they were my own family.

I am very proud of my versatility, being equally at home in the genteel setting of a wedding or in the rain on the side of a frenetic sports event. My photographs tell your story whatever it may be and I guarantee to approach each assignment in a personal and friendly manner that is entirely tailored around your needs. 

To help me achieve this as well as to remain creative I am a member of the Professional Photographers of America. This organisation provides my business with continual support and ongoing professional development so that you can relax in the knowledge that your images will be of the highest possible standards. 

A camera has been my constant companion since I was very young. I initially trained in the use of film based applications where I gained a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of photography. Now I have fully embraced digital technology, loving it's immediacy as well as it's versatility. All my work is shot in digital, RAW format using Nikon Pro equipment and then processed in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. Sitting in a sun filled studio editing my images I have to say that I don't really miss the darkroom!

No job is too small, nor too big for that matter. I work throughout Putnam, Dutchess and Northern Westchester in New York but am also available to travel to the UK, throughout Europe and beyond if required.
